PrimeNode operates exclusively as a B2B infrastructure monitoring provider. In the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), PrimeNode acts primarily as a Data Processor for the endpoints monitored and incident alerts routed through our network, and as a Data Controller only for the direct billing and account information of our enterprise clients.
We enforce strict data minimization principles. We only collect the necessary information required to monitor server health and dispatch incident reports:
To comply with data protection standards, PrimeNode utilizes ephemeral logging for alert routing. Routine operational logs and webhook routing metadata are automatically purged from our active clusters within 72 hours. We do not maintain long-term archives of email transit data. Uptime history is stored strictly for client dashboard reporting.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following data protection rights regarding the information where we act as a Data Controller:
To exercise any of these rights, or for inquiries related to our GDPR compliance and upstream sub-processor agreements, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at privacy@primenode.digital.
