Enterprise Infrastructure Agreement
PrimeNode provides uptime monitoring, endpoint verification, and deterministic incident alert routing exclusively for B2B engineering environments. By provisioning an account or utilizing our API, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these terms.
PrimeNode maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against network abuse. Our email infrastructure is engineered and reserved solely for transactional monitoring events (e.g., server downtime alerts, SSL expiration warnings, incident reports). The following activities are unconditionally prohibited:
Any detection of non-alert or promotional payloads routing through our network will result in immediate API revocation without refund, and incident reports will be shared with our upstream network providers.
You may only monitor servers, applications, and APIs that you own or have explicit authorization to test. Utilizing our nodes to conduct Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) simulations, penetration testing, or unauthorized continuous high-frequency polling against third-party servers is strictly forbidden.
PrimeNode targets a 99.999% uptime for our core monitoring nodes. We are not liable for downstream delivery failures of incident alerts caused by recipient server policies, invalid endpoint configurations, or actions taken by our upstream providers due to AUP violations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services instantly upon detection of abuse, unauthorized endpoint testing, or non-compliance with our technical standards. Legitimate clients may terminate their service at any time by deprecating their configuration in the management interface.
